At KLOS Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your guitar in its original shipping box with all original accessories, documentation, and protective padding to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument for its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
